Our products are digital, so no physical returns are required.

Digital Products

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contract conclusion.

If you expressly consent to early digital delivery, acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends when delivery begins, and receive the required contract confirmation, that right ends once we begin supplying your digital content.

Once your withdrawal right has lawfully ended or expired, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges, including switching to another template or plugin. Downloading a product alone does not remove your withdrawal right.

Glam Access

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop the next renewal. Membership benefits continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

Ordinary cancellation does not normally entitle you to a refund for the current period. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. The early-delivery rule above does not automatically apply to every membership.

Design Partner

Withdrawal rights follow the statutory rules for services. If you expressly request work to begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate charge for completed work may apply only where the legal requirements are met.

How to Withdraw

Use the “Withdraw contract” button in our website footer or email support@dunagency.com with a clear statement of your decision and information identifying your order.

For a valid withdrawal, we reimburse payments without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using your original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge a reimbursement fee.

After withdrawal, you must stop using or sharing the affected digital product where required by law.

Something Wrong With Your Purchase?

If your download fails, you receive the wrong product or delivery is missing, email support@dunagency.com with your order details.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Your statutory rights concerning defective, incorrect or undelivered products remain unaffected.
